I went out with Chris on Sunday for what was supposed to be a short recovery ride but it was hell windy and we didn't take it easy. I was feeling it a bit on Sunday night.
Tuesday Anna and I slept in (amazing how good that is) but did a river circuit on the afternoon - again very windy but good to get out.
Thursday morning we headed out with the Crossing Crew as it was Beev's farewell ride - he is off to Sydney for the forseeable future. It was a nice day out - I got up to just over 63 km/h along the flat section of Port Beach - so technically I was speeding but you get that. The rest of the ride was quite good - a slower pace than the RFY river circuits but a bit faster than what the Crossing is used to.
Tomorrow morning I suspect the RFY gang will be doing a river/Shelley circuit so I'll be going out with the Crossing again - headed down to Coogee beach for a swim and then back to Subiaco. Unsure what I'll be doing on Sunday - maybe heading out with the SPR crew to the hills. Anna and I will be fundraising at the Herdsman shops from 4PM on Sunday as well.
